Shipping Policy

We want getting your Lowkey order to be simple. Here’s what to expect.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Your shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you place your order. Most orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 14-21 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives your order.

We currently ship to United States only.

If you feel your package is delayed or lost, first, check your tracking information for the latest update. If your package appears to be significantly delayed or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll help you figure out what happened. Please reach out at info@lowkeygolfbrand.com with your name and order number.
